DIY Oatmeal facial

Today it's all about Oats.. Oats contains high fiber which is good to our health. It contains anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties that can soothe dry and irritated skin. Oatmeal recipes are time proven and when used regularly it can make your skin clean and smooth and helps in improving complexion. These recipes are made completely with natural ingredients and you can find them right away from your kitchen. So, they are safe to use. Oats help's in reducing acne and removes tan.

Oats Facial Cleanser:

Ingredients:

Honey
Oats

Take 2 tbsp of grounded oats 1 tbsp of honey. Mix them well and add some rose water to it. Massage gently on face and neck. Leave it on for about 5-10 mins and wash off with cool water.

Oats Facial Scrub:

Ingredients:

Almonds
honey
Oats
Olive oil

Blend some almonds and oats together in to fine powder and add 1 tbsp honey and few drops of olive oil to it. Scrub your face with this homemade facial scrub and to get a flawless skin. You can use this scrub 2-3 times a week for maximum results.
